The beginning of a dream
"Tenuta la Carpena" represents a new concept of Agricultural Company and in this context, it's us: Chiara and Gaetano, a couple in life and in this project.
At the beginning of the 2000s, we decided to build our home among the Asolo hills by restoring an abandoned rustic building. We started our family with the arrival of our children and developed our work here.
"La Carpena", as it's called in the feminine in our parts, is the ancient Hornbeam located at the beginning of the road that leads to the property.

Growing and transforming
As often happens when you embark on a journey, the results are not immediate but resilience and a spirit of sacrifice are certainly qualities we do not lack!
In 2015 we concretely defined the strengths of this fertile land by planting the vines.
We personally follow the vineyards in all phases of cultivation and then transform our work into Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG.
We are particularly sensitive to the issue of environmental sustainability, hence we adopt work methodologies that protect the environment, nature, and the health of its inhabitants (environmental sustainability certification)
The moment of the harvest for us is an experience that we wanted to preserve from mechanical interventions and the harvest is carried out only manually.
