TENUTA LA CARPENA is....
Return to the origins
These hills full of history and beauty and the countryside with its traditions have always been rooted in us. They are a heritage to preserve and enhance.
In addition to the Glera grape vineyards from which the Asolo Prosecco is born, we have started to cultivate Recantina, an ancient indigenous red grape variety that was at risk of extinction but today has returned to splendor.
In "Tenuta la Carpena" we also have an orchard of apples that we grow without treatments, the famous "Mele Antiche di Monfumo" with an intense aroma and floury pulp from which we make the compote that is the basis of the typical Asolo dessert: the Ghìsola.
TENUTA LA CARPENA is....
Hospitality
For some time, we have matured the idea of making our company known by offering those who visit us an experience made of colors, fragrances, and flavors.
Thus, we have “expanded the family” by building stables where Luna and Quesy, two Avellino horses, have found a home, together with Gaia and Gegia, two Rendena breed cows grazing peacefully in our meadows.
We are also accompanied by Paduan hens, geese, and ducks that can splash in the pond at home.
TENUTA LA CARPENA is....
Looking forward
Our hands are our tool, our feet are our roots... but it is vital for us to always keep our head free to dream with a spirit open to challenges.
We are tied to the simple and genuine values that have always connected man to the earth with an eye on the past but with the dynamism needed to look to the future and be always in continuous evolution.
"...Now that you have known our story, we look forward to meeting you: Pleased to meet you!!"
