ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Straw yellow color
Fine and persistent perlage
Pleasantly fruity aroma with pronounced notes of golden apple and white pear. More delicate, however, are the citrus and acacia floral notes.
Fresh taste with well-balanced acidity, and elegant intensity.
Average data: alcohol content 11.5% vol.
Residual sugar: 14 g/l.

ENOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS

White winemaking, at controlled temperature with soft pressing. We only use the FIORE must obtained from the first pressing as it has the best quality characteristics.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature
Martinotti-Charmat method sparkling process in steel autoclaves
Sparkling process from 30 to 60 days.

PAIRING

Excellent as an aperitif and to accompany appetizers and desserts.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: recommended 6-8 degrees Celsius.
